Phil Burnette, chairman of the Henry County Democratic Party has chimed in on the decision by incumbent Republican Virgil Goode from VA’s 5th District to file papers for a recount in this years election against Democrat challenger Tom Perriello. According to Phil, the recount has nothing to do with 3,200 votes “changing” since the morning after the election.
“Virgil (Goode) is just using public money for his own edification,” Burnette added, referring to the localities’ responsibility for paying for the recount. State law requires localities to cover the costs when the difference between the candidates is less than half a percent.
Funny, how Phil didn’t have such a low opinion of Virgil Goode when he donated cash to a previous campaign. Rep. Goode’s principles and beliefs haven’t changed over the years, only his political party affiliation. How about your principles and beliefs, Phil?

I posted earlier about the stink of voter fraud wafting up from VA’s 5th District here. The Haskells’ Martinsville full-of-Bulletin have been hip, hip hooraying for Periello. You could almost feel the bated breath each time votes materialized for Periello out of thin air. The announcement by Rep. Virgil Goode today that he will file papers tomorrow for a recount was reported in a much more, let’s say, somber tone.
“Over 316,000 votes were cast in this Election for U.S. Representative. The morning after the Election Night, with all precincts reporting, we were ahead by 446 votes. Since that time, over 3,200 votes have changed — the largest changes coming from cities and counties that voted for my opponent. Now, we are trailing by 745 votes in the certified count.”- Rep. Virgil Goode (R-VA)
I’m going to hold back a little on my celebrating. With the area’s ties to ACORN, especially the Haskells, God only knows what will happen.

Some heat-wrenching news for the partial-birth abortion cheerleaders (or as I like to call them, Barry Soetoro voters) who have been chanting, “China, China, suck out that fetal brain! Now it’s time for us to reign! We decide who’ll reproduce cause we got President Barry on the loose!”
Chinese authorities succumbed to international pressure, especially from U.S. politicians, and will not force a six-month pregnant woman to undergo an abortion procedure.
Arzigul Tursun, a Uyghur Muslim living in the remote northwest region of China, was released from the hospital in Xinjiang on Nov. 18 where she was being held captive. The soon-to-be a mother of three told Radio Free Asia shortly after her release: “I am all right and I am at home now.”
Tursun was supposedly released because the head of the local population control committee deemed that her health condition was not good enough to have an abortion.
However, authorities had held her in hospitals with the intention of forcing her to have an abortion for nearly a week with no acknowledgment that her health would be in danger if she underwent an abortion. Population control officials had even threatened to seize her family’s land and home when she ran away twice to save her baby. Tursun, with the understanding that her two other children might be homeless if she did not return, went back to the hospital on her own the first time and was brought back by her husband and authorities the second time.
In the United States, congressmen were outraged at news that China was forcing a woman to have an abortion, even as the international community watched on.
Reps. Chris Smith (R-N.J.), the House Ranking member on the Congressional-Executive Commission on China, and Joe Pitts (R-Pa.) wrote a letter to China’s ambassador to Washington to demand that “the nightmare of a forced abortion” be stopped.
One thing’s for sure. You can just bet your bottom dollar that Smith and Pitts have completely ruined any chances they had of securing a spot in Barry’s new “bi-bipartisan” administration’s Population Control Board!

I see once again, the GLP (Gutless Little Prissies) are ragging on Gov. Palin because she (gasp!) had the audacity to talk to an interviewer at a turkey farm. It seems her crimes are endless with the GLP’s:
She believes corn is food and oil is fuel. She worships Christ, not Black separatist “theology”. She doesn’t believe abortion is a woman’s “health issue”. She believes in the Constitution, not the Communist Manifesto. She believes the U.S. Military should stay a fighting force of warriors, not an extension of the U.N. for transportation of humanitarian aid.
So, I’ve been thinking. What could Gov. Palin possibly do that would raise her to the status of Beloved Icon to the GLP’s? Then it hit me.
She could perform a partial birth abortion with a Crucifix live on national television with one hand, while waving a burning, upside down American Flag in the other and tooting out The Internationale on her flute with her vagina.
Now if she could just manage, while doing all that, to squeeze out a tear and an adoring expression at a studio audience member wearing a Che Guevara t-shirt…..

06/25/08 Pirates who hijacked a Dutch ship and its crew near Bargal district have released the ship after the company that owns the ship paid US$ 1, 250,000 ransom.
09/16/2008 Somalis held a German ship and its crew captive until the owner paid millions to secure their release.
Oct. 17, 2008 A South Korean shipping company paid a ransom to Somali pirates for the release of a cargo ship and 22 crew members seized over a month ago, a company official said Friday.
Oct. 19, 2008 hijacked Thai ship let go Saturday after getting a ransom
16 November 2008 pirates freed another Japanese-owned chemical tanker, the Stolt Valor, on Saturday. Indian officials say all crew members aboard that ship are safe, including 18 Indians, two Filipinos, a Bangladeshi and a Russian. Officials say a ransom was paid to the pirates, who seized the ship in September.
11/18/2008 Somali pirates yesterday seized a Saudi supertanker carrying up to 2m barrels of oil worth around $100m in an audacious attack several hundred miles out to sea.
THE Royal Navy, once the scourge of brigands on the high seas, has been told by the Foreign Office not to detain pirates because doing so may breach their human rights. Warships patrolling pirate-infested waters, such as those off Somalia, have been warned that there is also a risk that captured pirates could claim asylum in Britain. The Foreign Office has advised that pirates sent back to Somalia could have their human rights breached because, under Islamic law, they face beheading for murder or having a hand chopped off for theft.
To which the French replied, ”Êtes-vous blaguez-moi, colonne vertébrale idiot”?**
This is how a country that cares more about the HUMAN RIGHTS OF ITS OWN CITIZENS THAN THE “HUMAN RIGHTS FOR THIEVING, MURDERING TERRORISTS:
April 13, 2008 Last week French commandos seized a Somali pirate gang that had held a luxury yacht with 22 French citizens on board. The hijackers were paid off by the boat’s owner and then a French helicopter carrier dispatched 50 commandos to seize the hijackers and the ransom money on dry land.
There was a reported sighting of the ghost of George Washington saying to the ghosts of John Adams, Thomas Jefferson and Benjamin Franklin, “Did folks learn nothing from what we taught them?”
** Are you shitting me, you spineless milquetoasts?

I was thinking. In light of the fact that neither has been actually voted into elected office, but both have declared “victory” and have D.C. trips planned, which one is the more arrogant of the two, Tom Perriello or Al Franken? I’ll have to go with Perriello. His “transition team” gives him a leg up in the arrogance department.
If either, or both actually win their respective elections, it would definitely be money well spent out of Martinsville for ACORN’s voter registration frau-uh, drive.

Just kidding. Martinsvillians have a southern accent. And they’re well-informed from spending 35cents a day on the Martinsville Bulletin, or as I like to call it ‘Pravda for Illiterates’.

Bernadine Dohrn: A leader of the terrorist cult, Weatherman (Weather Underground), in the 1960′s. “Their founding document called for the establishment of a “white fighting force” to be allied with the “Black Liberation Movement” and other “anti-colonial” movements to achieve “the destruction of US imperialism and the achievement of a classless world: world communism”.
These are her words pertaining to the slaughter of actress Sharon Tate and her unborn child, among others:
“Dig it! First they killed those pigs, then they ate dinner in the same room with them. They even shoved a fork into the victim’s stomach! Wild!”
This is how she reacted to the lifetime paralysis of Richard Elrod, father of 2 children, during a violent Weatherman riot in Chicago.
She led a celebration of Elrod’s paralysis by leading her comrades in a parody of a Bob Dylan song — “Lay, Elrod, Lay.”
What did Bernadine Dohrn name her own child? Zayd. Zayd’s namesake is Zayd Shakur, a Black Panther killed while driving the radical JoAnne Chesimard (a.k.a. Assata Shakur) to a hideout — the resulting traffic stop shootout ended in the murder of a New Jersey State Trooper and father of a child, Werner Foerster.
Today, Bernadine Dohrn is Director of Children and Family Justice Center at Northwestern University. She must have changed from being a race-baiting proliferater of Communist dogma. Nah….
Bernadine Dohrn’s Children and Family Justice Center accepts grants. What foundation would be so like-minded that it would give Bernadine Dohrn a grant? I found one:

Perriello N.Y. Funds: 14%
read the headline in the Martinsville Bulletin on Sunday 11/16/2008. Ace reporter, Amanda Buck, went on to write that she, the Martinsville Bulletin, nor the FEC knew how much money came from N.Y. because donors giving under $200 are not recorded.
Democrat Tom Perriello is a candidate for the U.S. House of Representatives in VA’s fifth district. He’s not only up to his eyeballs in radical left wing money and associates, some of them brag about it.
Incumbant Virgil Goode’s campaign and other Conservatives had been critical of Perriello’s N.Y. donors.
Goode and Perriello are locked in a tight race that is yet to be decided because as I posted earlier under “VA 5th District Voter Fraud“, after Rep. Goode had won, votes magically appeared out of thin air for Perriello.
The Martinsville Bulletin backed Tom Perriello. The Martinsville Bulletin owners give grants to ACORN.
