Child Rapists Protection Act

Posted by ginnypub on May 18, 2009

If you catch a disgusting deviant raping your infant, toddler or child, newly-passed H.R. 1913 prevents you from forcibly removing, yelling at or calling that individual a name that is not politically correct. You will be arrested and charged under the ‘Hate Crimes Act’ which prohibits free speech and replaces the First Amendment of the Constitution of the United States of America with “progressive” thought police.

Rep. Steve King, R-Iowa feels (like anyone with even a modicum of functioning brain cells) that this legislation gives a pass to pedophiles, which is a nice word for those who torture, rape, destroy the internal organs and inflict a lifetime of psychological torment on infants, toddlers and children.

Of course, the “Progressive” Majority in the House doesn’t see it that way. Rep. Alcee Hastings, D-FL, a former Carter-appointed U.S. District Judge who was impeached and removed from office by the U.S. Senate sees it this way:  This bill addresses our resolve to end violence based on prejudice and to guarantee that all Americans regardless of race, color, religion, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, or disability or all of these ‘Philias’ and fetishes and ‘isms’ that were put forward need not live in fear because of who they are. I urge my colleagues to vote in favor of this rule.

Breeder’s Cup

Posted by ginnypub on April 17, 2009

At last something for the bottom feeders of society-those that leach off tax payers and charitable good will-who never learned how to string a grammatically correct sentence together-who think using the word ‘fuck’ as a noun, adjective and verb is socially acceptable in polite society-that never take the time to get much of an education because they’re too busy breeding:

Here’s hoping the Soetoro Universal Health Care Rationing covers the cost!

NOT A SINGLE DIME

Posted by ginnypub on April 2, 2009

From On High had an excellent take on this story-kind of a Clintonesque what “is” is.

WASHINGTON (AP) – One of President Barack Obama’s campaign pledges on taxes went up in puffs of smoke Wednesday.

The largest increase in tobacco taxes took effect despite Obama’s promise not to raise taxes of any kind on families earning under $250,000 or individuals under $200,000.

“I can make a firm pledge,” he said in Dover, N.H., on Sept. 12. “Under my plan, no family making less than $250,000 a year will see any form of tax increase. Not your income tax, not your payroll tax, not your capital gains taxes, not any of your taxes.”

He repeatedly vowed “you will not see any of your taxes increase one single dime.”

Now in office, Obama, who stopped smoking but has admitted he slips now and then, signed a law raising the tobacco tax nearly 62 cents on a pack of cigarettes, to $1.01. Other tobacco products saw similarly steep increases.

The extra money will be used to finance a major expansion of health insurance for children.

His detailed campaign plan stated that his proposed improvement in health insurance and health technology “is more than covered” by raising taxes on the wealthy alone. It was not based on raising the tobacco tax.

Not one dime more than this:

Another source of revenue comes from auctioning rights to carbon emissions, raising $646 billion over 10 years. This is a regressive tax, meaning that it falls hardest on those at the lower end of the income scale. Despite Obama’s promise that those earning under $250,000 won’t pay another dime in taxes, carbon-intensive companies are going to pass along the extra tax to consumers.

If Barry and the rest of the stagflation supporters want to tax something to raise cash for children’s health care, how about a big, fat increase on PORN and LABOR INDUCED PARTIAL BIRTH ABORTION?!

No way! Not in this lifetime! Let’s not get crazy, here. Children don’t need taxpayer-funded health care that bad! This is still America, after all!

Charlie Rangel, Class Act

Posted by ginnypub on March 9, 2009

“The American people have entrusted us with their hopes and aspirations for themselves, for their families, and for their future. We will honor that trust.”

– Speaker of the U.S. House of Representatives, Nancy Pelosi (D-CA), November 8, 2006

pelosilies

Rep. Charles Rangel (D-NY), Chairman, Ways and Means Committee, Vice Chairman for the Joint Committee on Taxation, U.S. House of Representatives, under the direction of Speaker of the House, Nancy Pelosi.

He puts the ASS in clASS:

House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) denied a report on Tuesday that she had called on Ways and Means Chairman Charles B. Rangel (D-N.Y.) to step aside.

“I see no reason why Mr. Rangel should step down,” Pelosi told reporters Tuesday. “I have supported his call for the ethics committee to look into it.”

The Ways and Means chairman has asked the House Committee on Standards of Official Conduct to look into his use of four rent-stabilized apartments in a Harlem high-rise, his use of congressional stationery to solicit money for an educational center in New York that bears his name and, most recently, his failure to pay taxes or report rental income on a vacation home in the Dominican Republic.  September 16, 2008

House Speaker Nancy Pelosi told NBC’s Meredith Vieira in an interview taped Monday that Rep. Charles Rangel should not step down as chairman of the Ways and Means Committee.

Pelosi said she didn’t see “any reason” that Rangel should step down.

Tuesday, the House ethics committee said it’s now expanding its investigation of Rangel.

Pelosi said it’s up to the ethics committee to decide if Rangel should surrender his chairmanship.

“Until they make their decision, which I hope will be soon– I think that he should stay as chair of the committee,” Pelosi said.

Pelosi added, “Mr. Rangel, he loves our country. He loves this Congress. He wants to do nothing but bring credit to it. And he’ll be the first one to know what his course of action should be.”

The expanded ethics committee will investigate Rangel’s role in preserving a tax loophole that benefited a company whose executive had pledged $1 million to a center named after Rangel. December 10, 2008

House Resolution 143 to remove Rep. Rangel from his chairmanship. TABLED.

Ole Juan Cole The Lying Ole Troll

Posted by ginnypub on March 6, 2009

Juan Cole is a professor of Middle East and South Asian history at the University of Michigan. He’s also a blogger. Prof. Cole is a very important person. If you don’t believe me, just ask him.

Not everyone, however, is as enamored with Prof. Cole as he is with himself. Christopher Hitchens describes him as “a minor nuisance on the fringes of the academic Muslim apologist community. At one point, there was a danger that he would become a go-to person for quotes in New York Times articles (a sort of Shiite fellow-traveling version of Norman Ornstein, if such an alarming phenomenon can be imagined), but this crisis appears to have passed….who affects such expertise in Persian, cannot decipher the plain meaning of a celebrated statement and is, furthermore, in need of a remedial course in English”.

Yale University shared the same opinion, when in 2006, it denied him a faculty position, based on an assessment of Cole’s scholarly work. Very Important Person Cole blamed his rejection at an Ivy League university on “a concerted press campaign by neoconservatives…(which) was inappropriate and a threat to academic integrity”.

The main problem, among many, with Prof. Cole is that he lies. He gets called out for it. He retro-edits his lies and denounces the denouncer.  He’s like a kid with a sore tooth who can’t keep his tongue away from it.

Some “for instances”:

juancolecoffinlie

This policy was implemented in 1991 under Secretary of Defense, Richard Cheney and Pres. George H. W. Bush.

I have learned from Martin Kramer to capture a screenshot of Prof. Cole’s writings if I want to reference them in the future because of his retro-editing and deleting penchants.

In Jan 2009, Cole posted this:

coleliefromkramer

In response, Martin Kramer posted this: Actually, Atta’s will was dated April 11, 1996—one week before the Qana tragedy, on April 18. We don’t know for certain why he made it, but it cannot be because he witnessed any footage from Qana, which was still in the future. And Cole apparently never read the will. It contains no pledge to die while avenging anyone. The will deals with disposition of Atta’s body and possessions in the event of his death. It’s not a “martyrdom will,” but a standardized one, provided by Atta’s Hamburg mosque. (You can read the full text here.)
Update: In the wake of this post, Cole has partly retro-edited his own post (without indicating so).

Today IraqPundit blogged about Prof. Cole’s latest lying-fest.

Wonder how long it will be before he retro-edits?

I’ve got the screen caps, in case you need them, IraqPundit.

URBAN HEALTH INITIATIVE FOR ALL!

Posted by ginnypub on March 3, 2009

What do you call health “care” involving Michelle (finally proud of her country) Soetoro, David (astroturfer) Axelrod, Valerie (slumlord) Jarrett, Dr. Eric (Rezko kickbacks) Whitaker, Tony (convicted felon slumlord) Rezko and Rod (impeached governor) Blagojevich?

The president of the American College of Emergency Physicians, Dr. Nick Jouriles, calls it “dangerously close to ‘patient dumping,’ a practice made illegal by the Emergency Medical Labor and Treatment Act, and reflected an effort to ‘cherry pick’ wealthy patients over poor.”

Sen. John McCain (R-AZ),  said its an effort to “cut coverage for the poor.”

I think most clear-thinking individuals would call it PATIENT DUMPING.

But what is the Soetoro/Axelrod/Jarrett/Whittaker/Rezko/Blagojevich “health care” plan called?

THE URBAN HEALTH INITIATIVE

Here’s how it works:

Suppose you’re a poor Southside Chicago resident that used to live in a government-subsidized housing unit owned by Valerie Jarrett or Tony Rezko, before the building was condemned, closed and demolished. Your 2-yr-old has eaten some lead-based paint chips that have fallen off the wall and into his crib. He is crying from stomach pains. You’re horrified. You scoop him up, run to a bus stop and get him to the Emergency Room at the University of Chicago. You try as best you can to comfort your child while checking in at the reception desk. “No, I don’t have insurance”, you tell the receptionist, as you fumble for a tissue to wipe up some of the vomit your son has just regurgitated on the floor.

You take your crying child to the waiting room to anxiously await his treatment. After an hour, you notice that several well-dressed individuals have been called back, even though they arrived after you and your son. After 3 hours, you keep putting your face close to your child’s mouth and nose because he has fallen into a deep sleep and you’re afraid he may die in your arms. After 4 hours, a shuttle bus arrives to take you and your son (free of charge) to a “less expensive” clinic….

How is the Chicago Urban Health Initiative relevant to most Americans?

Suppose you’ve signed up for SoetoroCare, outlined in the “stimulus bill”. Your child is very sick…..

Megalomaniac And The Heroes

Posted by ginnypub on March 2, 2009

Megalomaniac-in-Chief, Barry Soetoro, delivered “his” plan for Iraq withdrawal to the Warrior Heroes stationed at Camp LeJeune, NC last week. In actuality, “Barry’s Plan” has already been crafted. It’s called SOFA. The Iraqi and Bush administrations crafted it and Barry didn’t have a damned thing to do with it.

“As a candidate for president, I made clear my support for a timeline of 16 months to carry out this drawdown, while pledging to consult closely with our military commanders upon taking office to ensure that we preserve the gains we’ve made and protect our troops,” Obama said. “Those consultations are now complete, and I have chosen a timeline that will remove our combat brigades over the next 18 months. “Let me say this as plainly as I can: By Aug. 31, 2010, our combat mission in Iraq will end.”

troopshatebarry

It looks like some in the audience remembered that the only reason he traveled to Iraq was to demand Iraqi leaders delay a SOFA agreement until after Pres. Bush was out of office.

traitorandpatriot

Maybe some in the audience are questioning the judgement of a Commander in Chief candidate who voted against funding troops on the battlefield because the U.S. did not surrender first.

Maybe some are remembering that Barry Soetoro’s timeline for Iraq withdrawal changed with each public opinion poll.

Maybe some are remembering that Barry’s nominee for U.S. Solicitor General fights to keep the ROTC off college campuses, but is happy to give a scholarship to anti-American Pakistani student Samad Khurram.

elenakaganhatesmilitaryantiamericansamadkhurram

All of them were trying to swallow the bile that wanted to projectile-vomit out of their collective mouths onto the face of the lying rat bastard standing before them who had the unmitigated audacity to claim the Petraeus/Crocker/Bush Strategy was HIS idea.

FYI, Barry…It’s called the Anaconda Strategy.

anacondaheadpetraeusanacondastrategy1

AND YOU DIDN’T HAVE A DAMNED THING TO DO WITH IT.

Where is Charles Rust-Tierney?

Posted by ginnypub on February 27, 2009

UPDATE AT BOTTOM

I have mentioned Charles Rust-Tierney before. Rust-Tierney was president of the ACLU’s Virginia affiliate from 1993 to 2005. He had coached youth baseball, soccer and football teams since 2003, according to law enforcement officials. He once served as president of Arlington Little League. He fought strenuously against anti-pornography filters on public library computers.

On 07Sept07, Charles Rust-Tierney was sentenced in Alexandria, VA to 7 years in federal prison by U.S. District Court Judge T.S. Ellis III for purchasing child rape and torture videos, which he accessed on the computer in his 11-yr-old son’s bedroom.

From The Washington Post 09/07/07:

Rust-Tierney was arrested Feb. 23 after his Arlington home was searched by officers from Arlington police and U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement. The raid was part of a nationwide initiative — Project Safe Childhood — that was created in February 2006 by U.S. Attorney General Alberto R. Gonzales.

Authorities said Rust-Tierney used his home computer to purchase Internet access to commercial child pornography Web sites at least five times between March 2005 and October 2006, spending about $420. During one two-week span, he accessed more than 850 digital image and video files of child pornography on one site. Many of these files showed children under the age of 12 being forced to engage in sexual acts with adult males, authorities said.

A federal magistrate who declined to release him in March described the images she viewed as “the most perverted and nauseating and sickening type of child pornography” she had seen in 10 years on the bench.

Ellis also refused to release Rust-Tierney, saying he posed “a serious risk of harm to the community.” The judge added that “the term ‘child pornography’ does not convey the depravity” of the images that were downloaded.

Here’s the rub. Charles Rust-Tierney IS NOT LISTED ON THE NATIONAL SEX OFFENDER REGISTRY. Charles Rust-Tierney is NOT LISTED ON THE VIRGINIA SEX OFFENDER REGISTRY.**

What’s going on here? Is he being protected? If so, how and by whom? I sent an email to DOJ inquiring about this and they referred me to the state registry. Today I sent them the second notification about Rust-Tierney.

THERE ARE NO PHOTOS OF CHARLES RUST-TIERNEY ANYWHERE ON THE INTERNET. WHY? WHO SCRUBBED THEM AND WHY?

The closest I could find is his ex-wife, Diann Rust-Tierney, an anti-death penalty advocate:

diannrusttierney

And Gabriel Rust-Tierney (?son), a UVA student who was arrested with 3 others for kidnapping another student:
